This image is one of a few I experimented with in accordance with my draft proposal. I took photos which had lots of black space and shadows on and around my body. Due to the lovely Wellington weather, the background photo is a sunset in Bali from a trip a couple of years ago. These experiments, although they felt self indulgent, represent our spiritual connection with our earth (Papatuanuku).
